The location is excellent! That it is a apartment with a kitchen is spectacular, you have a Carrefour at 20mts and you can eat whatever you want without having to resort to fast meals.

Excellent location, within 50 metres of Jussieu Metro station (two Metro lines) in a vibrant area not far from the river. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants and a couple of small supermarkets. A reasonably well-equipped, small studio apartment (ours was number 3; there are 4 apartments for rental in this building by this company). Clean. Very comfortable bed. Nespresso coffee machine. Microwave. Single induction hob. Small fridge with ice compartment. The apartment was a comfortable temperature in spite of it being cold outside. The small radiator easily warmed the room when needed. Seemed to be plenty of hot water for showers. Over all, we were very happy with our choice of accommodation and would stay again.

Structure centrally located, in fact most attractions / monuments can be reached on foot in a few minutes; but also metro stop a few meters away. Quiet neighborhood, but at the same time lively with special places nearby to spend the evening.
