The friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. Unfortunately the room at the place that being ready by 3pm came ready by 7:30pm. The owner the next day made us bring a breakfast with fresh baguette and croissants and many other things and also gave us the opportunity to leave the apartment later than the initial arrangements on the day we returned.
